Vince’s first guitar was a 1968 Harmony Buck Owens, in the classic red, white and blue. Just what every 7th grade boy wants to take to guitar class! Nonetheless, he persisted, and has played guitar and sung along ever since. After a career in service of a local cobbler, and later, the local public schools, Vince is fully and finally focused on music.
Vince’s original tunes show the influence of John Prine, Jason Isbell, Bruce Springsteen, and his many other musical heroes. Heartfelt and sometimes clever lyrics abound, and when singing with musical partner Kacey Farrens, tight harmonies are always on offer.
